Shipping and Return Policies

Damage: If your framed or unframed artwork is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a USPS shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can remedy the problem. Damaged items will not be eligible for exchange if claim is reported beyond 14 days of delivery.

If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to us. If damage is found after the package is opened, please save all packaging material and let us know by phone or email so USPS can send a Pick-up label for return. For a claim, USPS will want to see all packaging material as well as the damaged item.

Carrier and Packaging: We ship most orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most items are packaged by USPS with special care and are insured against damage (see above). In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. For framed items we need at least two weeks prior to shipment to order the necessary items. We will email you prior to shipping and alert you to shipping information, carrier, and expected delivery date. We request that you email us upon receipt of shipment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping and packaging costs are included in the cost of each original work of art and all reproductions for items shipped within the United States.International orders are subject to a $25.00 shipping fee per order.
